Who we are
Daily Product Idea is operated by Incygames Ltd ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@dailyproductidea.com.
What we collect
Waitlist: email, optional first name, optional interest, consent timestamp and source. Idea claims: name, email, optional organisation, terms acceptance, and marketing consent. Contact form: name, email, enquiry type, optional related idea and your message.
How we use it
We use this data to operate the waitlist, process claim requests, respond to enquiries, and — only with your consent — send occasional updates about Daily Product Idea.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store data, Resend to send email, Stripe to process payments where a claim requires payment, and Vercel to host the site. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Consent
Marketing emails require a separate, optional consent given when you join the waitlist or submit a claim.
Retention
We retain waitlist, claim and contact data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete your personal data, or remove you from the waitlist at any time. Contact support@dailyproductidea.com to exercise these rights.
