Sample and researched ideas
Some ideas on this site are illustrative examples clearly labelled "Illustrative example". Others are researched opportunities. We will always distinguish the two. Neither type is a guarantee of commercial success.
What claiming an idea means
Claiming an idea gives you access to the defined research and planning material for that idea, as described on the idea and claim pages at the time you claim it. Claiming does not transfer ownership of the general business concept, does not grant patent or trademark rights, and does not guarantee that no one else will independently pursue a similar idea or that the idea will be commercially successful.
Payment and refunds
Where a claim requires payment, the price and currency will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests should be sent to support@dailyproductidea.com and are considered on a case-by-case basis where the claimed materials have not yet been accessed.
Acceptable use
Research and planning material supplied as part of a claim is for your own product-development use. You should not redistribute or resell it as a standalone product.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence before acting on any idea.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Incygames Ltd is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, ideas, scores or materials provided through this site.
